slept most of the day away again, that's definitely the way to go. i'd like to wake up in a week or two when things are much better, and less painful.
pain average today: 5.5
After years of demolishing the ligaments + tendons in my ankles, as well as having my heel in the "wrong" place, I underwent surgery to fix this. I got a lateralizing calcaneal osteotomy and they repaired my ligaments and tendons including the peroneous longus, brevus and a brostrom repair. I documented my journey before surgery and for a full year afterwards, during my recovery. I am now happy and healthy! Hooray!

what kind of pain meds are you on? must be weird not knowing whats goin on with your toes. i remember getting my cast off when i broke my arm...and it was like brand new skin under there...it was happy to see the light and air.;)
hehe. well im on hydrocodone, which is generic for vicodin, lortab, norco, etc. also phenegren, which is awesome, anti-nausea med that helps the pain killer's effects and puts you to sleep. nice!
