Yay! I got my cast yesterday! It's been two weeks today since surgery, and I feel pretty good. Not too much to report. I suppose that is good news in itself!

I had ankle reconstruction surgery 07/05/2012,not as extensive as your surgery,but I was wondering what you started doing for exercise when you were able.Im anxious to get back into some sort of fitness routine.Your blog is excellent,its good to use as a guage as to pain, mobility,and emotions based on number of days passed since surgery.Thank you for sharing your experience.
